This Policy explains what personal data we collect on 42.finance, why we do it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By submitting the request form on this site you confirm that you have read this Policy.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily filling in the form (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 7.

Data may be processed on servers outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the US. We may also disclose data at the request of state authorities where required by law.

6. Cookies and the Meta pixel

The site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It uses cookies to record a page view and the fact that a form was submitted, and helps us evaluate advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or via Meta’s ad settings — this will not affect the form.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: know what data of yours we process; receive a copy of it; correct inaccuracies; delete the data; restrict processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to mail@42.finance or hello@42.finance. We will respond within 30 calendar days. Withdrawing consent does not make the processing that took place before the withdrawal unlawful.

We keep your data for 3 years from your last interaction with us, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After that, the data is deleted from the requests table.

9. Data protection
